Visit our homepage, select your trip type (One Way, Local, Round Trip, or Special Package), enter your pickup and drop locations, choose your travel date & time, pick a car category, and confirm your booking. You can also book through our mobile app available on Play Store and App Store.

What types of trips can I book? >

OneWay offers four types of trips: One Way (city-to-city), Local (hourly packages within a city), Round Trip (outstation with return), and Special Packages (airport transfers, weekend getaways). Each type has different pricing and features.

Can I choose the type of car I want? >

Yes! After entering your trip details, you'll see available car categories like Hatchback, Sedan, Sedan XL, SUV, and SUV XL. Each shows capacity, luggage space, and pricing so you can pick the best fit.

Is my cab guaranteed after booking? >

Yes, once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, your cab is guaranteed. We assign a driver and car well before your pickup time. You'll receive driver details via SMS and in-app notification.

How will I know my driver details? >

Driver details including name, phone number, and car registration are shared via SMS and WhatsApp approximately 30-60 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. You can also check in "My Bookings" section.

Can I book a cab for someone else? >

Absolutely! During booking, you can add an alternate mobile number for the actual traveler. The driver details and trip updates will be sent to both numbers.

How far in advance should I book? >

You can book as early as 30 days in advance or as close as 20 minutes before your desired pickup time. We recommend booking at least a few hours ahead for the best availability.

Which cities does OneWay operate in? >

OneWay operates across 100+ cities in India including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Vadodara, Surat, and many more. Check our routes page for the complete list.

How is the fare calculated? >

Our fares are all-inclusive fixed prices based on your route. The displayed fare includes tolls, driver allowance, GST, airport entry charges, and even night charges. What you see is what you pay — no hidden charges.

What payment methods are accepted? >

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through our secure PayU payment gateway. You can also pay partially online and the rest to the driver.

What is the difference between Saver and Flexi fares? >

Saver fare requires a higher advance payment but offers a lower total fare. Flexi fare has a lower advance payment but slightly higher total. Choose Saver for maximum savings or Flexi for flexibility.

Can I use a coupon code? >

Yes! On the booking summary page, you'll find a coupon section where you can enter a code or select from available coupons. Corporate users with CEDP verification get automatic discounts.

Is there a cancellation fee? >

Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel. Free cancellation is available up to a certain time before pickup. After that, a partial fee applies. Check the cancellation policy on your booking details page.

How do I cancel my booking? >

Go to "My Bookings" in your profile, find the booking you want to cancel, and click the cancel button. You'll see the applicable cancellation charges before confirming.

When will I get my refund? >

Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Wallet refunds are instant. You'll receive an SMS/email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Can I modify my booking instead of cancelling? >

Currently, booking modifications (date/time change) require cancelling and rebooking. We're working on adding direct modification support. Contact our support team if you need urgent help.

What is the CEDP program? >

CEDP (Corporate Employee Discount Program) offers exclusive discounts to employees of our partner companies. Verify your corporate email to unlock automatic discounts on all intercity rides.

How do I verify my corporate email? >

Go to your Profile > CEDP, enter your corporate email address, and we'll send a verification code. Once verified, you'll automatically get a discount coupon for all future bookings.

What discount do I get with CEDP? >

Discounts vary by partner tier — Silver, Gold, or Platinum. You'll see your specific discount percentage and coupon code after verifying your corporate email. The discount applies to all intercity rides.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Saarthi Cab’s taxi booking services. By making a booking through our website, mobile application, WhatsApp, or customer support, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Saarthi Cab via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop, date, time, and contact information.
Saarthi Cab reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to operational constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Fare Policy

The fare displayed at the time of booking is based on the travel details provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply if:

Pickup or drop location is changed.
Extra distance is travelled.
Additional waiting time exceeds the complimentary limit.
Additional stops are requested.
The trip itinerary is modified after booking.

Any applicable government taxes shall be charged as per prevailing regulations.

Customers are advised to provide accurate flight details while booking to facilitate timely pickup.

7. Waiting Charges

Every booking includes a complimentary waiting period of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

For airport pickups, complimentary waiting begins from the actual flight landing time.

Waiting beyond the complimentary period will be charged at:

₹200 per hour (or part thereof).

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made through Saarthi Cab Customer Support.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation timing and trip type.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.

Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded where applicable.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Arrive at the pickup location on time.
Carry valid identification when required.
Maintain proper conduct during the journey.
Ensure that luggage does not exceed the vehicle’s carrying capacity.
Avoid carrying prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or flammable materials.

Customers shall be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse.

10. Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers are expected to:

Arrive at the pickup location as scheduled.
Drive safely and responsibly.
Follow traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain professional conduct throughout the trip.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates applicable laws.

11. Delays

Travel times are estimates only.

Saarthi Cab shall not be liable for delays arising from:

Traffic congestion
Road closures
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Vehicle breakdowns
Government restrictions
Public events
Strikes or force majeure events

12. Vehicle Substitution

In exceptional operational circumstances, Saarthi Cab may provide a vehicle of an equivalent or higher category at no additional cost.

13. Liability

Saarthi Cab acts solely as a transportation service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saarthi Cab shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Missed flights, trains, buses, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Customers are advised to check the vehicle before leaving to ensure no personal belongings are left behind.

14. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle:

Smoking or vaping.
Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.
Carrying prohibited or hazardous materials.
Damaging vehicle interiors or equipment.
Any unlawful or abusive conduct toward the driver.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

15. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for booking, operational, payment, and customer support purposes.

Saarthi Cab respects customer privacy and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of Saarthi Cab services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.

17. Changes to Terms

Saarthi Cab reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website shall supersede all previous versions.
